Summary:  This training will guide you through an understanding of two reports useful in finding errors in your placement and sponsor tree structures.

Log Into WorldVu Dashboard

  • Reports > Tree > Placement Tree

Reviewing the Placement Tree

  • Check and make sure the list does not have individuals that are missing a “level” and/or a “sort” number
  • If the list contains individuals with errors, review the associate/distributor account and make corrections
  • Once finished with corrections, click “Re-Calculate” on the “Placement Tree” report to make sure the errors are gone

Note:  The “Placement Tree” report was designed to notify WorldVu Admin of potential breakage of the tree structure so corrections could be made.  Associates/distributors containing errors will likely not receive commissions.

Note:  The “Placement Tree” report can also be exported as a CSV or XML file for use later.

  • Reports > Tree > Sponsor Tree

Reviewing the Sponsor Tree

  • Follow the same steps used to review the “Placement Tree” found in this training
  • If errors are found within the report, make corrections and “Re-Calculate” the report
  • Once errors are fixed you are done
