Summary: This training will guide you through the use and understanding of the simple WorldVu customer reports. These general reports can be found under Reports > Customers > “New Accounts” or “Customers by Order Total” or “Customers by Numbers of Orders” or “Customer Reports”. These reports contain simple data which may be helpful. If more advance reports are needed then we recommend placing a ticket to your Success Coach and requesting a custom report.
Log Into WorldVu Dashboard
- Reports > Customers > Choose a specific report from the list
Note: The “New Accounts”, “Customers by Orders Totals” and “Customer by Number of Orders” reports are set reports that cannot be changed. The “New Accounts” will provide information for a date range of any new enrollments. The “Customers by Orders Totals” and “Customers by Numbers of Orders” reports essentially provide identical information with one emphasizing customers with the highest total of orders and the other emphasizing customers with the highest dollar amount for orders. These reports could be used to track fraud or gaming of the system.
